Starting in early 2006, XtraFile began with two founders, Jay Anderson and Matthew Glinski.
XtraUpload has been rewritten from scratch numerous times, starting with version 1.0 and making it’s way to 1.6, where development continues on v2. This just goes to show the level of dedication XtraFile has to its products.
Relying solely on donations and customization requests, XtraFile continues to run strong with a community base of nearly 3,000 members at our forums.
Thanks to the contribution of its members, XtraFile has now created the leading Opensource PHP file hosting program yet developed.
XtraFile is here to stay and develop for you, completely opensource.
